Our club is available for business use with our PA system, permanently fixed HD projector and large screen that can be used for any multimedia presentation and an internet connection for all your delegates can be achieved with our free to use Wi-Fi Cloud.
We can hold funerals, parties and weddings for up to 115 people standing or 50 people formally seated and our catering arrangements can cater for all your needs from traditional buffets to special celebration menus to wedding breakfasts.
We have teamed up with the highly respected and thoroughly professional catering and events company, Bay Tree Catering, who will prepare and serve our celebration menus and help plan and cater for your wedding.
Please see our menus below and feel free to make any requests for alternatives as all our menus can be tailored to suit your requirements and we will go the extra mile to meet your expectations.
Concert Room hire for Sundays through to Fridays is £35 (together with a refundable bond of £50) but free of charge and free of bond if you utilise ours or Bay Tree’s catering service.
Our concert room is now also available, free of charge, on Saturday evenings with the requirement of a minimum number of 60 people using ours or Bay Tree’s catering service and a minimum of 28 days notice.
Weddings
Our Concert Room is ideal for a wedding of up to 50 seated guests during the day and up 115 standing guests for the evening.
In order to guarantee a professionally organised and catered for event we will use the expert services of Bay Tree Catering who will organise everything for you from food, flowers, decoration and entertainment and even photography.
Please contact us first so secure the booking and then we will put you in contact with Bay Tree who will take over and manage your event to the standard you would expect for your big day!
